The Cultural Activities: What a delightful surprise to find out that the hotel offers a variety of cultural activities, including weaving pandanus leaves and making pareo painting. It was like immersing myself in a vibrant Polynesian art class, except with stunning ocean views and a tropical breeze to keep me company!
It took a bit of panic and trying multiple numbers on the property front before we finally got through.

Breakfast had plenty of options, coffee, tea, fruit and jam. In fact, free parking was a big advantage.

We had a short stay at Farehau in Faaa, using it as a stopover before heading to Bora. The owners were incredibly welcoming and even arranged taxis for us at late hours. The house itself was spotlessly clean and cozy, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The continental breakfast included fresh bread, jams, and fruits. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and Papeete. The large bed and efficient air-conditioning ensured a comfortable night's sleep. Farehau offers free transfers to the airport and ferry/cruise ship terminals, making transportation hassle-free. We felt like part of the family and enjoyed the personal touch provided by the owner and her daughter.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our time here. The views and service were fantastic. The best part was that the breakfast was included and there were plenty of meal options. 🌅
